We built this because we needed it ourselves.

Rate-card conversations come with NDAs attached. The only benchmarks available were paywalled, brand-side, or averages too broad to use. We pulled 4,938 anonymized line items from actual operator rate sheets and ran the percentile math, segmented by service line and order volume.

1
Median rate per warehouse activity

P50 for all 8 activities, side by side. Pick & pack barely moved ($3.18 to $3.20). Monthly minimum jumped 53%. Most operators losing deals assume it’s the pick rate. It usually isn’t.

2
Storage pricing method spread

Per cubic foot vs. pallet vs. flat rate vs. hybrid. Range: $0.45/cu ft to $75 flat monthly. That spread looks like a price gap. It’s a billing-method gap.

3
Receiving rate ladder

Inbound receiving by pallet type, ASN complexity, and unit count. Where most of the quote-to-invoice gap lives. P25, P50, and P75 for each tier.

4
Adhoc fee table

The accessorials the top quartile charges that most mid-tier operators skip. Long-term storage fees: 23% charged them three years ago. Now 48.6% do.

+53%

The monthly minimum across the industry jumped from $337.50 to $517. If you haven’t raised yours in 12 months, you’re absorbing that gap on every invoice.
