See how Packem fits your operation

Answer three questions. See how Packem fits your operation and what will shape your quote.

  • Built for 3PLs shipping DTC and B2B, plus brands and distributors running their own warehouse
  • Works for 3PLs of every size, from a handful of clients to tens of thousands of orders a month
  • Cloud-only on AWS. Not a full ERP or a transport management system
How pricing works

One platform. Priced to the operation you run.

Every plan starts from the $950/month base price and includes the full WMS. We don't publish a rate grid because no two 3PLs run the same way. Three things set your price.

1

Monthly order volume

How many orders you ship across all clients and channels: DTC parcels, B2B and retail orders.

2

Warehouses

One building or several. Multi-warehouse operations are priced on the locations you run in Packem.

3

EDI & custom integrations

Retail EDI through SPS Commerce (Target, Petco, Amazon and more) and any custom integrations your clients need.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much does Packem cost?

Packem's base price is $950/month for small 3PLs and brands. Larger and multi-warehouse operations are quoted based on monthly order volume, number of warehouses, and retail EDI or custom integrations. Book a 20-minute call for a quote on your setup.

Why don't you publish a full price list?

Two 3PLs with the same order count can need very different setups: one ships Shopify parcels, another ships pallets to Target with EDI. A short call gets you an exact number for your operation instead of a range that does not fit.

What is included in every plan?

The full WMS: multi-client inventory, per-client billing and rate cards, QuickBooks and Xero sync, a branded client portal, the Android scanner app, receiving, picking and packing, kitting, cycle counts, carrier rate shopping, e-commerce integrations and Slack and email support.

Is there an onboarding fee?

Onboarding is scoped on your quote. For smaller 3PLs the onboarding fee is typically waived.

Does retail EDI cost extra?

EDI connections are priced into your plan based on the retailers you connect. Packem connects through SPS Commerce and handles mapping, configuration and testing for each retailer, typically in 3–6 weeks.

How long does it take to go live?

Most customers are running real orders within a few weeks. We import your SKUs, locations and clients and build your rate cards with you on a screen share.

What support is included?

Every plan includes Slack and email support, prioritized by severity, with a 2–6 hour resolution target depending on complexity. Phone support is available on the premium support plan.

Can I switch from Extensiv, ShipHero, Packiyo or Zenventory?

Yes. We migrate your SKUs, locations, clients and inventory and rebuild your rate cards. See how Packem compares with Extensiv, ShipHero, Packiyo and Zenventory.

Is Packem a fit for smaller 3PLs?

Yes. Packem works with 3PLs of all sizes, including ones shipping a small number of orders. The base price for small 3PLs and brands is $950/month, and your plan grows with your volume.
